Design

CAD modeling and sheet drawings of parts and assemblies.

Multi-Axis CNC Machining

Full multi axis machining of complex geometries.

CNC Machining

Precise repeatable quality machined parts using Vertical machining centers and Turning centers.

CNC Routing

Allows flat panel cutting of 48 X 96 inch sheets.

Finishing

Deburring, texturing and plating or painting of finished parts.

Laser engraving

Marking of finished parts can also laser cut acrylics and other materials.

Assembly

Assembly of finished parts also includes packaging.

Rapid Prototyping

3D printing and additive manufacturing using high precision polyjet technology. 13.2 X 12.8 X 7.9 in build size.
